They are doing a new wave of layofs... they keep saying they have a huge backlog that needs to be cleared before the end of this exercice in june but they are laying off people to accomplish this.

Within days of this layoff there was a party in India for the 1000th hire there. That should tell you how much they value their employees elsewhere
it is 5% across globe with no layoffs in india. Only layoffs in usa. if you calculate it will be 20% in usa
adp/dealer services now cdk has been laying off people regularly since Jan.2009, and yet keeping some real real duds along the way.
They've been losing talent and money since the split from ADP. The rudder of the sunken ship has hit the bottom. Such a sad success/crash story.

Geez, I'm glad I don't work at CDK. I almost tried to get a job there... it's funny because they were advertising a new office... and the job postings were up on their site and I was going to apply but it said "sorry, we're moving our job postings to a new website" (or something like that)... so I thought it was a glitch and a tech issue.. guess if they're getting rid of existing staff and not filling new positions, that would explain it. Good luck you guys/gals.
Company is not being very transparent about these layoffs. Cause for concern?
