We are almost there also. We still have our vacation and they still match our pay check contributions for now.
Weatherford is the last place you want to be. No vacation pay out, no matching 401 furloughs, no cell phones, no bonus and plan to take that work truck to the shop every night. They are in serious trouble.
If your worried about non-compete clause your the same pu$$y that would have quit after driving school but scared of maybe paying back driving school - what a last check with Vacation already burned and sick board - yall are jokes
non-compete clause only lasts for the length of your severance payments-mine was 8 weeks.
A lot of people i know that were let go are working for competitors now.
You go first and let us know if they catch you.
And halliburton will find out that you are working there how? Oh yeah i forgot they would pay out billions to track ex employees instead of fixing their business
The companies listed in them will be aware and take them seriously.
Besides that those non compete clauses are about as good as the paper they are written on which isn't much.

Too bad the non-compete clause in everyone's severance package keeps you from working there.
