i got one better for you...... In response to the Halliburton maintenance guy doing work for people off site. We send guys to all the executive management teams homes to do work for them. Tommy Jamal is always having work done at his house. That is why Dave laser keeps these as swipes on the payroll. This has been going on for years!!!!!!! They are quick to do work for their homes, on the Halliburton dime of course, the maintenance guys get OT, they watch the contractors, which Halliburton gets the invoice and pays. Yes, that is how these people do business. They are a joke and need to get run off. They are very inefficient...... I can go on and on about these idiots but you wouldn't believe me. I know first hand, and witnessed a lot of their corruption! It goes deep and high up the ladder and this is why nothing will change until Dave Lessar, Jeff miller, Lawrence Pope, Tommy Jamail and others in this pimp squad are FIRED!!!!!!!!!!
i know for a fact, I witnessed it on several occasions..... One of the contractors was looking for the res site manager, he was nowhere to be found, it was late in the afternoon, so he asked one of the other contractors to sign his time sheet. This happens all the time. Then the a--hole res site manager bitches about the invoice...... What a dumbass!!!!!!!!
I am pretty sure that isn't possible but our over paid venders hire local drunks to do sh-- work and they pay them over and over for the same thing. Never once has our Mantenance guy told them to fix it for free since we already paid for it once. Could be he is getting a cut back. Our manager lost his truck but the facility mantenance man still has his, he even uses it on the side to work on other peoples stuff. He must think that no else from Halliburton lives in this town. I don't mind helping people out, but i a sure we are not supposed to use company property and supplies to do it. I am starting to wander if he is charging them for his work.

it is my understanding that they are supposed to be out of the Oak Park facility by August. And to add to the below emails, RES management are so damn stupid, they allow subcontractors to sign other subcontractor's hourly time sheets....... That is totally against Halliburton Corporate Procurement Policy......... Only Halliburton employees and/or managers are allowed to sign contractor's time sheet invoices. These idiots are allowing contractors to sign and verify other contractors invoices without verifying that the work was completed or that the contractor was even on site....... Why a waste of money and theft!!!!!!
When are the Oak Park folks moving to NB? I heard it will be soon.
RES is a bunch of high paid janitors, they do not make any money for the company and just bleed us of additional resources. Everything that they do for the facility, our PSL's could provide those services for a fraction of what they charge us. Totally AGREE with ALL the below responses in regards to RES..........

WOW........ Talk about hitting the nail on the head...... I couldn't have said it better myself on the below threads about the RES so called services team!!!!!!!!
But what the RES management is going to do rather than reduce their manpower to align themselves with the rest of the PSL's, is: They will increase their head count at NB by adding facility site managers at each building or dividing the buildings up..... One facility manger for Technology, one for manufacturing and one for corporate. Then, they will assign assistant site managers for each, then Admins for each, then maintenance technicians for each. They will actually increase their head count as all other PSL's decrease their head count. All the while your space rates will increase and you will see no value to this increase. Actually, you will see a decrease in the so-called services that they say that they provide...... That is the KBR way of operations. 90 percent of RES is from KBR. As someone said below, they are like a bunch of cockroaches......... A cancer that will suck the company dry until you have to peel them off and kick them out the gate.
and most of the so-called facility site managers can't think for themselves, the landscaping and janitorial contractors know what to do and they do not need 20 managers to explain to them how to clean a rest room and make sure that there is toilet paper in the stall. And the landscapers don't need 20 managers to tell them how to cut the weeds and trim the weeds and keep the koi pond looking presentable. There are only a few that know anything about mechanical operations and maintenance. The way I see it, all you need at the NB facility is one sr site manger, one assistant site a manger, and about 5 to 8 good craftsman that actually know what the hell they are doing. Get rid of the rest!!!!!!!!! As for the global RES team, they need to realign and can probably get by with about 20 employees that know what the hell they are doing. But you have about 150 RES employees at NB. All Roaches that do not bring any value whatsoever....... They are like the blind leading the blind, don't ask them any questions, because they are too stupid to assist. They will however, call a contractor and charge the hell out of the PSL for any so allied services that they provide. A lot of brother-in law/friends...... They are the old KBR bunch sucking the company dry like a cancer. It is sickening!!!!!!!!! When the titty runs dry and they get laid off, they will be the ones crying because they can't find a job. Most are a bunch of non-educated idiots with no skill, craft or trade that are like a leach hanging on for the very last drop and will suck down sh-- before they realize that they have nothing else to suck.......
as long as the PSL's occupy space, you will have these overpaid, do nothing employees. They are all being paid out of your space rates. They do nothing but take up space....... You also have the entire global real estate group that office at NB, they do nothing but absorb cost. They bring no value whatsoever to the bottom line. One out of ten res employees are worth keeping. The so-called maintenance technicians can't fix anything, all they do is call contractors.
Is real estate now a psl? Multiplying like roaches at NBC.
