Don't forget to fill out your PPR. They are so important and will really make a difference for good old Enron Dave Losser

Some of these comments are racist.
Uncle Dave implores you to do it right, do it once, 'tis the Halliburton way.
You can bet that he had his filled out within minutes of being notified that it was due, AND his bonus will reflect that.
Get it done! I mean it !
F--- PPR
And the grammer hits (misses actually) just keep on coming. :-0 There is no humor in layoffs.....
.
it's a piece of Pig Pile Rear... waste of time... when they query for layoff, even, you exceeded, aces.. they query... level, pay... then wammmmm... I heard bunch of brown nose Indian looked at that... bunch of brown nose monkeys...
The PPR was always a big waste of time. They were meaningless. They could use them to get rid of you or they could NOT used them and still get rid of you. I never spent more than 10 minutes on them. because I saw that time and time again.
Corporate Kool aid drinking spelling and grammar Nazis don't play nice or have any tolerance for humor. Watch out everyone, they appear to be on the prowl!
Good thing that PPRs don't measure things like English skills or spelling - lots of folks on this page would have been fired long ago....

We need your money bad not you just your money go to the car show
2015 they say we should have 50 people in our department with our workload but we only have 10 and that is only 3 days a week due to the 10/4 schedule. So yeah our perfomance sucks and we get a big ol DME with no comments. We already know that we are not getting a raise and i could understand a meets expectations with a comment about the current work conditions because we are set up to fail.
PPR, not so much a performance review as a stick to beat you with and tell you how crap you are, that is unless you play golf with your PGL or hold his balls for him, then it's EX all the way.
Per that's a waste of time all round / they say it's performance pay review means jack sh--e 4 years I have kept filling it in and never had no wage increase must be the American thing / it might be that Dave lesser and Co think like David Cameron and let's not forget Mr Osborne another couple of well educated men that have commen sense but lack of knowledge in the oil industry
