Leadership should take the Course Material Certification test. What a bunch of f---ing idiots. They change the business model, change our way of thinking on procurement. Then make us take a test to reinforce our old way of thinking??? Now they want to break us on what they enforced over the last two years. What the f---? Here's an example. We need to hold stock, keep inventory for late sales, that was their philosophy, then they ask us, in their stupid test, what to do when our shelves our empty? WE ORDER one, but, no, that's the wrong answer ...ugh. Stupid Mother F---ers. Example number two, they ask in two questions when to order custom and foreign titles, in the Sourcing directive...ON THE F---ING QUAD, it says 6-7 weeks. The answers to choose from say 11 or 8????? F--- YOU! You dumb mother f---ers. Best get on your knees and beg the old guard to come back and at least give you a clue.... Leadership has killed moral, killed the business model. Take your arrogant asses and go F--- yourselfs

Spring Sourcing for 2016 had 6 - 7 weeks on the excel work sheet downloaded from the quad
Those tests were a joke. I took the Sales & Merch one probably 75 times. The answers were nowhere to be found and did not match what we should already know. As far as the custom and foreign titles, my spring sourcing strategy was 11 weeks not 6-7
I read the materials, watched/listened to the recorded information, took the test, and failed..and did it again, and failed. I swear to god, I took so.e of those test 30 times and still failed. So, do I get in trouble for failing? When a student fails the teacher helps them succeed. I would go to my regionak, but he failed over and over as well.
They still think the stores are the issues. C-suite, point that finger right back at you. The decisions of the last three years have destroyed this company. Remember when the leaders joined Follett and you used to make public fun of people and processes at the town hall. Now they are moving right back in the direction that they were making fun of. It is too bad the town halls were not taped so we could relive their arrogance.
It is crazy. A lot of the info on the quad is old. Too much time trying to search, and you end up with wrong info or at a dead link. As far as the certification test, one day they say you can review incorrect answers, next day they say you can't because it also mistakenly included the correct answers. What an incompetent bunch!
I agree.... Because you have to guess the answers just to pass, you have no idea what the answers actually are. Now I'm more confused than ever! Stupid test. I bet we spent good money to a company to create that test. Maybe could have spent some of that money giving employees raises.
