Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Too Big to Fail bailouts created bigger monsters in the banking system

The largest banks in this country, starting with this one, have gotten out of hand with their mistreatment of their employee population and failure to view their employees as anything but a number.

Highly stressed staff, continuous layoffs, etc., all while the banks grow bigger than they were before the downturn.

Why is this so rampant in the banking system? Whatever happened to Corporate Responsibility or common decency?

The bail out of the banks didn't humble them. It only served to allow them to grow into mega monsters.

Chase, Citi, Bank of America - read the comments across this site and find out what is happening with these workers and the statements regarding the impact on their lives.

What can be done to stem this abuse?

to answer the question simply.............they do not care.......and they read this site every day....ever wonder why so many bank employees are removed from Wall Street.....different American's. So for the rest of us on Main Street America.....stay strong......we are the majority. Just to clarify these banks are dumping all employees......go work for a community or regional bank instead of a global bank.....you will be relieved and feel a sense of worth again. One day they will be broken up and the creeps that rule them will a distant page in banking history. And yes I came from JPMC...so I do know.
