Have any BUs been told their job counts that are going into ESP yet? I'm wondering how many jobs will be available in US based BUs like DWEP, Midcon, AMBU, GOMBU, San Joaquin Valley. We are getting no info, just to wait for March 7 postings.

For DWEP I believe there will be ~407 jobs posted.

There will be ~348 DWEP employees posting.

I believe this will be made up of 211 employee jobs and 196 contractor jobs.

This is based on my last number I heard of 980 total in DWEP with a 50/50 employee/contractor split. Based on the townhall announcement of a 28% employee reduction and 60% contractor reduction.

Remember there will also be 1500 expats coming back to the US, don't know how many on them have a skill set in DWEP and don't know how many employees can beat out some of our specialized contractors. With that being said hold on this one will be rough and when the next DWEP project is canceled it will happen again. Then we will loose one rig and then another. Going to get rough, beat of luck for all. Hope I make it to the end.
