At one time Sportmart was a great and fun place work...
Once the final merge to SportAuthority and name change the company went into a different direction in which good at first, but with the local regional management change and their views all of great and fun things went to the drain.
The older core managers and leaders were disrespected and fired which showed the younger leaders and managers the negative and barbaric way of corporate America.
I can go in really deep and expose so many things within the company that got them to this point, but really not worth it. I know one thing after giving 15 years of my young life to this company that fired me for no reason and let the evil corporate elected bastards try change and fix things that weren't broken that's what they deserve.
I feel sympathy for the other guys that all there time and effort in that place and their getting ramroded.
