Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

Executive Compensation

Unfortunately neither Baker nor Hallibortion have published their 2015 Executive Compensation numbers yet! Schlumberger recently published theirs, and only show a 5.72% reduction from 2014!! Maybe one of the worst years in the Industry, and not much of a hit to the Big Dogs who never get off the porch. I will be curious to see what/when Hal and BHI publish.

I am uncertain about BHI, but HAL outperformed the market globally, increasing its market share faster than the market shrank. To do that in the declining year we just had took vision and leadership (you don't know how much saying that hurts me) along with a lot of hard work by the employees. With that in mind, perhaps it is not so surprising that the leaders are given a bonus.

A raise? No proof of that at all, and I seriously doubt it.
