There are many managers who work from a "home office" and live in another city far away from Charlotte. If you look these people up on Flagscape it shows them being in Charlotte.
If BAC is doing away with My Work and is requiring folks to come into the office there should be NO exceptions whatsoever!
Either you move or your out of a job.
