I know MyWork was a "benefit" given to us, but back around 2008 it was touted and encouraged to go on MyWork both for work/life balance and a money-saving move for BoA. Employees made adjustments and have been using it ever since. Now, they want it destroyed quickly and are punishing anyone on the program. BoA taking a tough sh1t attitude towards those who used the program as intended, and created a blended work/life attitude is wrong. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CEO REFUSES TO MOVE TO HIS ASSIGNED WORK CENTER. That is the key thing here, another Executive attitude of do what I say and ignore what I do...since I'm so much more important than those that do the work. And to seriously ask your executives and legal team to research if they can get away with getting rid of people without providing severance is horrid. What a callous move just so the stock can look good and they get their bonuses.....like BM'S 23% raise! How many people could live off of his salary??? Oh well just needed to rant.

Bank of America is NOT interested in making life easier for its workers, not so long ago the daily quote was "best place to work " everyone was told to submit ideas. This place is a joke. Wait for severance or get the hell outta here
Work Life Balance is a thing of the past with this company. I used to enjoy working here....now I am just disgusted by the leadership. Time to move on.
