Several of my Ex-Con friends have been shocked to discover that their ultimate replacements in the "New ConAgra" have ZERO experience at those jobs.
They will be leaning as they go along.
What a way to run a company.

can confirm...I'm still riding out time in their Supply Chain center on 72nd. Not some...MANY...of the replacements don't have job experience. No, you didn't read that wrong. I don't mean they don't have experience doing this job, many have no job experience at all. The outsourcing company in Pennsylvania seems like they may do ok, but many of the offshoring company in India don't even know how to use computers.
Yes, actually many at the customer service building are currently in the process of training their replacements , which many are from India.
Get it cheaper with no experience then lay them off when they get too expensive losing all that knowledge.
But who cares? Just hire cheap again.
Sound familiar, Sean?
Aren't most positions outsourced to another country? Many contractors from India sniffing around several months ago.
