If you work for GT&O - MyWork does not exist. You know, we cannot collaborate unless we are sitting in the office with each other, except of course, for the 50,000 off-shore employees. Somehow, we can collaborate just fine with them over the phone....

So GiVu1R2-ewx - you and your org leader missed that ALL HANDS CALL where Ms. Bessant specifically said that they were going to level the playing field and make sure everyone is back at work. She complained that she was tired of folks trying to get out of coming back because of parking fees, distance, etc. that she personally looks at every request, and it is time to make everyone equal.. now everyone will have to pony up for gas, parking, etc. Or perhaps you report directly to the CEO?
There is none. Per one of my ORG calls, "there is no appetite" to send my work folks back to the office. I think it boils down to who your leader is.
