Same in Signal Hill, nothing going on, I feel guilty sometimes but if these morons want to pay everyone to sit around and do nothing all day who am I to argue.

I like doing nothing in Bakersfield. Pays real good, and is real easy.
If your position isn't doing more than 2 hours of real work in a day your not needed at all! This company is so over staffed it blows my mind seeing employees getting free pay days. It can't last forever

If I was the boss, I would be trimming the fat right now. Ok, do we need this guy right now, is he making us money, are we going to suffer without him- No, sorry , you have to go.
Next guy, he is making us money and we would suffer when work comes in and he was not here, he stays. Is it that difficult for management to make simple decisions, a child could figure this out but they can't and the opposite seems to be taking place in Bakersfield
