Large layoffs, year after year, colleagues laid off, lots of HR tricks to get employees to resign in the interim to avoid severance packages, constantly wondering when the next layoff is and whether you'll be next, executives caring about nothing but themselves and their own bonuses, and a feeling that executives in IBM are really horrible people - pretty much mirroring what you see in the GOP presidential race. It is sad - IBM leadership really needs to be gutted. Nothing is improving.

I have a very good idea about how bad it is at IBM now. I've been around for 17 years and I've seen us sink deeper and deeper into the dark hole of mediocre performance, disregard for employees and neglect of our clients.
The game is over for us, it'll just take long time before we go away.
