Is KV still in course materials? She was challenging to work with.
CourseTracks web... Are you all employees and do you read the Quad? Training for CT Web. Nothing crazy. The info is there ... And how is it going without Retalon? Better I'm sure - Retalon was a big fat JOKE. You can't put an algorithm on textbook decision making. That was a bad idea from the start.

Our RCMS said there will be mandatory training coming out for all levels that has to be completed between March 15 and April 15. That's all I've heard.
