Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Norway .scotland pay offs

We hear big pay offs in Norway along with more in aberdeen again so when is this going to stop I don't suppose it will as halliburton go by quarter results for share holders and forget about there staff which are not large share holders but have worked hard doing either onshore or offshore work so I fear if this merger does go through there shall be larger pay offs as stayed halliburton have to dispose of many assets this being baker divisions so I fear the worst and it says something when apprentice personnel are getting paid off also how bad is that not only for halliburton but the industry as a whole

this is a forum not a freaking english test...for goodness sake people. Correcting others' english wont get you a pay rise

The use of punctuation and capitalization skills, along with eschewing the run-on sentence, would also lend more credence to the OP's rant. I think most readers understood that he/she was speaking about layoffs.....

Ignorant guys...this is the Scottish way of saying lay off= pay off..if you realize the "spelling error" was rather intentionally consistent.

When you come on this site to start rumours try at least to get the spelling right. Then maybe you might come across as someone who knows something, rather than some dumbass well down the food chain
