Similar discussions here the BHI overlap could be enough for an additional divesture and be lucrative to the overall package. We heard the technology and mfg structure would need to be a part.
In the context of having a fully integrated service spin off it would make sense
Wireline & Perforating? Doubtful. Even combined, it will be less than SLB. I think they are more focused on pumping and completion tools.
