@Gln7ne3-2sst - ITC is pushing this expensive tool to "The Cloud" and performance will be even worse than it already is... just wait to you see that big cost savings ITC will be creating!

@1mqr if SharePoint was implemented correctly then it wouldn't be so different to find stuff but Chevron didn't want to properly train their employees to use this expensive tool that they're pushing!!

The internet connections are not complicated, the ITC people are just incompetent.

All of the MS Office products are moving to "the cloud" later this year. Big cost $avings initiative for ITC. When they move to the cloud, you will be wishing your files are on the "O" drive because the response time will suck big time!!! Chevron's Internet connections are so complicated ITC cannot troubleshoot a misdirected web page, let alone an Office 365 "cloud" problem.

Sharepoint. Bane of my existence. I hope it saves a lot of money. There are a lot of highly paid people that take a long time to find stuff buried in it.

If your manager told you to like SharePoint or be laid off, would you start liking it? I would. Well, management has spoken and they want everyone to embrace SharePoint and stop posting files on the shared "O" drive. Do you want your job? Then start following orders.

No one likes SharePoint. And they keep trying to push it where it is not necessary! Folks trying to prolong their life at Chevron!

Chevron just loves to use Excel way too much. And that infamous O drive!!! Don't get me started. Why did we push SharePoint so much?
