The HR manager has a difficult job at the best of times. It has always surprised me that she doesnt have an assistant. And I bet she didn't think HR was about organising community engagement activities , delivering Xmas presents et etc. Give her the some respect and direct your frustrations elsewhere

the assistant supervisors are also doing a great job, they work very hard to help you guys out and keep you employed, please show some appreciation.

The hr manager at baker aberdeen bod is doing a great job under difficult conditions, she has a heart of gold and is doing her best to make things easy for those sadly affected by the downturn in our industry, please have a little respect for her.It is not easy to do her job, she too is affected deeply and suffering alongside the rest of us.

Well BOD you all gloated when Aberdeen got decimated last year when we got laid off. Well now its your turn. Painful isn't it ??? I am working now but are you ? Going to be neck deep in other laid off staff now fighting for the same job ! Good luck :)

That betty has not a clue,,, she has guys working together until they get paid off next week,,,,, please someone look at her positon at this company as she is a loose cannon and makes rules up to suit herself
I think the problem gents ... Isnt too many managers. Lack of work because the oil industry is on its biggest downturn ever.. Its all about share price.. Lay off a load of employees who simply put arent earning their keep . Its not as if it can be a surprise to hear more are for the bullet
Far too many managers/foreman/assistant supervisors and non directs,,, thats the problem gents!
Wont be long for the rest of the plant starts to get letters .. No work =no job .. Only a handfull of managers will be left ..and office staff to sub con any work that does come in.. BOD plant is done..
I've trained all of you guys from all over the world and yet I got layed off after 20 years of service and what do you get is thank you for your service heres your package sorry to hear you guys are having cutbacks I'll miss you guys
