We all need to be more active with our Proxy votes and send a message to our Board that they need to do their jobs or they will be out. Executive comp is ridiculous, talk about a good ole boys club!!
BP's CEO Robert Dudley received a 20% compensation package raise while BP after losing $6.5 billion! I just sent back in my annual stockholder's voting card and voted against every one of the board members.
