Administration needs to do a "spring cleaning" in this place. They need to be clear on how they do the criteria for layoffs. Some of the people that have been cut are by far do a better job and has better working ethics than the ones they kept. Some Managers or Supervisors need to be assessed.

They need to get rid some of the managers and supervisors in The Tulsa office. Some of these people are simply "power hungry" and vindictive. There are some that don't like to see employees excel because they feel threatened and insecure. Get rid of this type of supervisors. They are a part of the disease and not a cure to the company.
