To prolong the situation just makes it worse. You give unpaid time off to associates while customers wait on hold while your focus is on "Surveys" & box scores. Just Freaking Do it already our office is empty everyone is miserable the few people that are left are out on medical leave its a "Sheet" Show and joke. Show some mercy and pull the plug already.

Well now..... You don't know much, do you? Pittsburgh trained in Texas and they are going strong. They are collecting credit card delinquencies. Mortgages are a thing of the past there. They are going to have jobs from now until....................forever. They are smart and know how to run the business they do. Give it to them and they will do it!!!!! They aren't afraid of work. They aren't afraid of change. The rest of you just don't have the balls to take on new projects. Pittsburgh has the BEST employees on the Bank of America map. Face it, you don't have a job because you didn't have the ooooompfff to get r done. Pittsburgh did and always will. No lazy slugs there. You can count on it. Pittsburgh has excelled ............ In all ways and always!!!!!!!! So don't cry over spilled milk because Pittsburgh can do it and does it. Stop whining. Boo hoo. Go for it and you will get it.................. PITTSBURGH did!!!!!
