Facebook is for 16yo twittering iphone diddling dimwits...don't want to play. Lee Conrad is a good man but facebook while it may be the only option for Lee Conrad is not the place for normal red-blooded men and women to go for their information. I'll pass. CWA/DOA Facebook a non starter. Even though I knew it would fail I did pay my dues for the 'union' but for only one year. Became abundantly clear it was only a forum for bitching employees who knew they were about to or had already been knocked out of the box.
I am the one who suggested going over to the facebook page to view what people are saying about the layoffs. I am NOT on facebook either. I DO NOT TRUST FACBOOK or any social media site. You can view what other people are saying without having to log in. It is a public facing page. There is a lot there for those who are interested in Layoffs ! Just copy the url to your browser, hit enter and see what I am saying, before you criticize.

I like it here better. Facebook tracks everything and they will not even let you view posts without logging in. Once you are in, they will follow you throughout, they know all about you...
I am using TOR browser (highly recommended for encryption and distributed IP address use) on this board and I can post anonymously. That's my two cents on FB.
Facebook stinks, can't be bothered. Everyone on facebook likes everything else including layoffs or whatever. Bunch of twits. If Ibm'rs ever wanted to be unionized then a weak union like CWA would never be supported anyway. It was disappointing at so many levels. CWA was DOA.

FYI, Watching IBM/facebook was set up by Lee Conrad, the former union organizer at IBM. The site tracks layoffs at IBM much like this site.
