Great point, Chevron was paid about $12,000 per employeetransferred from San Ramon and Richmond Calif to Houston, paid for by Texas. So, these leftist Democrats have replaced scores of Texans in the ROMS. The Calif transplants are protected from ROMS for at least two years.
