It's amazing that even people who have been executed by the current and past management still can not see NetApp for what it is. Its a place where the few succeed at the expense of the many. It's a place where the executives play musical chairs with their roles without regard to suitability or experience. It's a place where career is non-existent and opportunism rampant. It's a place where leadership is talked about incessantly but doesn't exist. It's the founders playpen.
The only future for NetApp is as a cash register for the executives, and a cool aid dispenser for the employees.
For each of you who work there and read this ........ open your eyes.
