Hello All - I do not work for Mattel but I work in the industry (for a much smaller competitor).... Would someone be kind and outline the compensation model for a mid-career product designer. I know that outlining numbers is sensitive and will vary from city to city, but if you can tell me general guidelines on compensation (components, percentages, etc.) I would greatly appreciate it.
