Out of all these titles on here, Caldwell always seem to stand out the most. Reading the sh-- that your camps posts is always amazing. How any of you have a job, or got hired in the first place is beyond me, as you all seem like a bunch of immature children. Must be a bunch of young guys there who think their cocks are 12" long. That alone say's a lot about the management in that camp. In the end, it's a good thing that your camp is basically closing. The companies that we (Halliburton) represent deserves better than this.

Blame it on Eddie Seals - he could never stop putting employees on front street and leave it on location or just keep it in-house. Wesley Hawkins ran with it and will have the entire Eagleford very soon.
Caldwell will become an "management enclave", where worthless, but professional ass kissers in 'management will be hidden, out of the way, but not to far from Houston, kept on the payroll, ready to be called back and resume their 'leadership' roles, once circumstances improve.
Their exile from Houston will serve as their punishment.
Honestly I'm shocked that Kilgore is still open for business. Caldwell carried all their asses when things were headed down hill. Even when thing were booming, Caldwell was mostly always on top. Oh well, with all the "blood" family around there, maybe they should just close'em down. Time to spread out the family. Wonder if the dad, /son and brothers will find another job where they can all work together and supervise one another?
Got to do something to keep the Kilgore leeches sucking with their rig count of 2.
