I find it fascinating that the brilliant leaders at Follett have been shown to be frauds. I came to this conclusion for many keys folks some time ago and it is more than just a little satisfying to see it come to fruition. For those not in a higher level decision making position, update your resumes and take control of your future. (I suggest a professional update your resume to maximize your efforts.) Don't wait for the hatchets to fall. So many of you are fantastic employees who have been brow beaten. There are other opportunities out there. Life is too short to be this unhappy. Go find your next opportunity. I will keep tuning into this site occasionally for a good laugh as the so called "leaders" keep driving what was a fantastic company into the ground. Peace!

Thanks to you reap what you..... The comments are true,sad, and some are funny unfortuneately. We have to not be complacent,do what is right for ourselves. We have value as great employee and if it is with another company so be it. Take charge
,make the choice to better yourself prior to any more mental and physical beatdowns. We care tremendously about our jobs and are committed, so we can take that wherever we go. There are jobs out there ,just believe in yourself . it's just like an illness, you don't know how bad it was till you get better (or in our case move on) hope better days are ahead for all
