Unlikely. EIS isn't anywhere near safe. Anyone who doesn't realize that they're handing over their jobs by training off-shore teams is delusional. Stop accelerating your own departure by giving them all of your business knowledge! They are not your friends and you are under no obligation to hand them your jobs. We've built these products with hard work and our own sweat. Don't go quietly into the night with a whimper!
