I AGREE THE MANAGERS THERE KEEP THERE SUCK BUTS CLOSE AND DON'T EVEN DO THINGS BY HMS STANDARD THEY DO WHAT EVER MAKES THEM LOOK GOOD TO GET A HEAD . THEY WILL RUIN THE COMPANY PEOPLE LIKE THAT MAKES THE OTHER COMPANYS STRONG OF THE BEST AND BETTER HANDS THEY LET GO CAUSE WE OUT DID EL RENO IN EVER WAY . THERE CROOKS COVERING UP THINGS ALL THE TIME

El Reno's time is very limited. This is the result of gutless management sucking up to the bosses. What you have now is a huge multi million $$$ yard that you can't afford at the very worse time I history and your work area has purposely shrunk because the arrogant bastards were sure all the customers would use HES. You can't afford to drive to any of the old outlying areas any more and the competition has already moved in there. You cannot compete on prices on your best day. The operators left at Halliburton are poorly trained robots that only know how to follow the process manual and gents, the well does NOT read the manual. Trucks are being stacked daily, many more of you will be unceremoniously kicked out the front door and also told to never come back. You picked the wrong company and the wrong time in history to work there.
