Everybody gives their tunnel vision opinion from their silo. The real problem is that there is nobody addressing the core issues, and there are zero efforts to identify the root cause of many of the inventory problems and replenishment issues. Everyone is just about DevOps stickers, Agile and making themselves look good and like they know what they are talking about. Pure blah. Hopefully someone with enough knowledge and leadership can realize the waste that is happening right now. Peace.

Leadership fuels the structure that allows an organization to grow. Follett is collapsing under the weight of heavy bodies filling in where leaders used to be. To put it another way, Follett is dying of cancer.
The fix for Folletts problems is we need agile methodologies.
