CMs will be gone within a year if your texts sales are under 2 million, this comes right from a GVP who's a very close friend.
Second comment sounds like it's coming from a follett henchman. ..
My guess is that they will have you working your assoff for very little compensation and with an unrealistic budget.
Other than unspecified rumors here (and let's be honest, there are trolls among us) what leads you to think they're lining up CMs against the wall (aside from the usual Follett douchebaggery, mind.) with the reclassification of stores into the new tiered structure the hammer already fell on those suddenly deemed expendible. Retalon has been abandoned because it was a flop. If you have grounds to be concerned and can share information safely, please do. Otherwise there's not much to report that I am aware of.
