Mr. Lesar says that by refusing to rehire those with previous Halliburton employment, that Halliburton can now fully implement its "Halliburton Management Processes", using our existing management, whom we have kept in place, without fear of negative reaction that might be expected from former employees. Mr. Lesar also says that current field employees will be encouraged to move on, if they cannot accept what is in the best interests of Halliburton management, and corporate survival.
He also said that former employees of BHI would be welcome to apply, since they would be more accepting of the style of Halliburton management, as the way of the future.
