There is no indication in the HLC letters that the University keep FTFs.

I don't know any FTF who don't try to innovate and real try to help students. Do any have poor ratings? Everyone I work with is great.

I am certainly concerned. That's why I lurk here. But doesn't the university need a certain number of FTf to stay in good standing? I thought gone of the things that got them in trouble in the first place was relying so heavily on adjuncts. I am very concerned and follow the news carefully, but it does seem like many of my colleagues either don't know how tenuous the situation is or pretend they don't.

If you really want to remain employed here, you must issue the n!ggers A's. This is a business and the n!ggers provide the business income. If you don't want to work here, keep issuing the bad grades these illiterate f @£KS deserve. Everyone knows the grades are bought so give them what they want.

Is this happening only in Tucson and Phoenix campuses? What about the rest of UoP ship convoy deployed all over U.S.?

When is the expected ax falling for online FTF.... The writing was on the wall back in December when everything was put on hold. No communication from anyone. The company stops communicating internally that's a big red big red flag. The thing that amazes me is online FTS are blind and think they're going to keep their jobs. If you don't have a PhD and you don't do scholarship and you have a poor or just proficient eval then start getting your affairs in order....

I don't know how any one could stay on for low pay, added responsibilities, and inconsistent work schedule. How do adjuncts survive???

Doesn't look good for online if the locals are gone

It means you may be next.

While corporate determines if you are at the top of this list you can expect: larger student to faculty ratios, greater emphasis on feedback, increased scrutiny of student outcomes, and part-time faculty evaluations will increase. If you are in School of Business, expect your duties will now expand to tutoring outreach and metrics to align with these additional expectations.

More responsibilities.

Same pay.

Hang in there. I heard at a regional CCC meeting those who master this transition will be among the first considered for FY17 growth model.

The ground FTF also taught online courses... they were offered adjunct jobs as opposed to being brought into the online FTF fold. Some online FTF volunteered to do the ground classes. They weren't welcomed back either. Does not look good.

So what does this mean for online FTF?
