Made on huge sales decline? Not likely.

FSS is a dog too. They just stated these facts at the town hall meeting today. Thank god for Baker and Taylor.
FHEG was retail sales and less than wholesale buying. Follett wanted students' used texts. They locked out competitors (NEEBO) while padding their bottom line by paying little for books that would fetch a lot in just a few short weeks. It is a great example of who Follett has no clue who its customer is. People don't shop where they're being ripped off (blatantly). FHEG was also the reason Follett had deep retail outlets. They simply failed to take care of their customer and therefore, they failed to take care of their business.
too bad Follett didn't try to grow the profitable parts of the business instead of dragging us all down with FHEG when they made us "one Follett". I am not sure there is any saving this mess they have created.
Follett maybe looking into selling off that part of the company . It would make sense
I heard that FHEG was hemorrhaging money back when this all started. Follett Software was profitable, for all the good it did any of us.
And your point is ????
