if you truly intend to keep schools open but are continously laying off the Personnel who made the schools successful and putting people in place who have zero buy in from the teams is a recipe for disaster. Intimidation tactics and borderline threats are not the way to get people to work for you. Interview your front line personnel and you will find some disturbing tactics from some of your new campus leaders.

Our campus is doing great also, if you consider just being open doing well. Let's see, 1/2 the employees we had a year ago and 1/2 the students we had a year ago. Yep we're doing great. Even better when you compare today to 5 years ago, 250 students today compared to 1500 five years ago.
Yeah right, your campus is doing great. How many campuses did yours merge with? Once those students graduate it will be the same as all the others.
...Not all of the campuses, the Southfield, MI campus is doing well.
AGREED...ZENITH DOES NOT INTEND TO KEEP SCHOOLS OPEN! I will be very surprised if any are open come 2017! They are ALL failing.

The only success Dave is looking for is getting a new collection contact from the DOE for ECMC. Zenith has nothing to do with saving the schools, it is all about a new contract for ECMC to collect debt.
