For those of you who had to close down a shop were you all offered bonuses to stick around? If so, how much? Worth it?

Good to know weatherford has a keen eye for asset value.
We consolidated shops in Canada. Everyday more and more sh-- would arrive from shops 10x the size of our shop. Long story short I rest my feet at the front desk on a box with 40 hole punches. I asked "can we just toss them out, why do we need 40?". We don't toss out assets was the response, it funny because the metal bin is full of gun subs, type 10-20 setting tools, and junk baskets.

Got to keep my swingline stapler ... that's about it.
