What is he doing wrong? He has a tremendous responsibility, all development and test of Qualcomm's most important money making products. I've never known an individual to have so much to oversee yet he's very fit and healthy. He competes in Ironman competitions. Look up how damn difficult those events are. He's doing a lot right. Qualcomm's downfall is not his fault.
Tony may seem to be a bit of an a--hole sometimes but he is a pretty good guy trying to make the best of a difficult situation. I have known him for a long time (15+ years) and I know he cares about the people on his team and is trying to do the best for them and Qualcomm. Tony is very good at his job - probably the best in the industry and I don't think you could find a better replacement.
