Well since everyone at Edmc is business illiterate, this is what might happen. AUO, BMC, and South merge together and sell off to someone on the West Coast. South sells or breaks away from EDMC and rebuilds their reputation because the owner of SUO still owes 51% of the stock. If it was me I would try to merge ALL of the Universities as one and go private/nonprofit . Anyone associated with EDMC during the last 10 yrs would be let go. I would then treat it as traditional college and establish a new reputation. At the end of the day it is the students who suffer while everyone else fills their pockets. There is alot to change, to do it right but it will never happen. It's sad to see it go but this is what happens when you hire the WRONG people. I don't see AUO or South making it in Pittsburgh by this time next year. Good luck everyone.
