I'm rather surprised that no one has started a conversation about the pay increases I have gotten for the last two years. Doesn't anyone read our financial statements that I purposely delayed sending out until this past week. Sure I took a 10% cut on my base, but I got a 20% overall increase since 2014. Thank the Creator for bonuses. Now to increase the share price so I can really cash out. Chaching!

Well Bernie I'm sure Barclays is allowing you to give yourself LGBT incentive bonuses the rest of us studs aren't entitled to receiving.
