So all us outfitters come in at 8:45. Have to work into the night and we don't see our family. The HR Administration,Training, and scheduling comes in at 7 and don't work weekends. How does that help customer service or help be in the building for employees to get help.

That's because those outfitters want to stay out of the lime light because none of those positions are really 40 hour per week jobs. Especially with all the cut backs in hours and outfitters how can they justify having the same amount of staff that was there when the store ran at 500 outfitters?
They all sit around talking all day to each other and screaming across the office.
They are a total waste of payroll and lead by an inexperienced HR that spends all day hanging with her husband and milking her kid.
Guess the staff gives Johns his extra goodies.
I guess they are exempt from this weekend open availability bull. But yet we let go of knowledgeable outfitters in the departments. Yea, makes perfect sense....idiots.
Exactly. Was just saying the same thing the other day.
