You are so right about EWA's being abused. Just found out that pay rates were split up by bands for the same exact job. I am so angry that the same people who were soooo needy for my help, who closed less than half the troubles I did, got consecutive days off, and worked fewer hours than me MAKES 33% MORE THAN ME FOR OVERTIME just for breathing...
Isn't getting more than double in STI enough? Or how about yearly salary increases the old timers enjoy just because they've been here so long? Nope, the greed is never ending. This is called wage theft. They forced me to to work ridiculous hours, made me a living ghost in my life, subjected me to dangerous situations and equipment.. And then have the nerve to tell me my life, time, sweat, energy and commitment to this organization is worth 33% less for the same exact job. I wish more EWAs would start speaking up about this. Its WAGE THEFT and its not right.
And then they have the nerve to call my generation entitled and lazy. But pigs will be pigs. They'll f*ck our futures away until there's nothing left but bone and dry blood. I dont agree with the unions on most things but this made me understand why they fight back. Anyone know how EWAs can fight against wage theft from the strike?
Glad to be gone off this assignment. The company abused thousands of EWA workers and showed they don't care one bit about employee relations........... This company certainly is not what it once was...... Talent will leave and they will be left with what they deserve.........

I don't get to leave until Friday because of call volumes and training for Union. Just sucks to still be stuck here, not blaming anyone
