I agree the $ could have been better spent had the sign read: "CONGRATS CWA ON FORCING VERIZON TO CUT COSTS ON THE MANAGEMENT SIDE, SINCE THEY WERE UNABLE TO CUT COSTS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE UNION AS PLANNED".
