How about Intel playing fair when it comes to layoffs? Like publishing what the median time in grade is for each grade so employees will be aware of an impending layoff. How about letting employees know the rules of a layoff such as SSL levels ahead of time instead of changing the rules for each layoff and blindsiding employees and managers? Unions are becoming a necessary thing in my opinion!! Unions can solve a lot of problems. I would have no problem paying union dues for the extra protection it would provide!

Labor unions, you mean those things my great grandfather needed? Face it, it's 2016, unions are outdated and worthless. There's no problem that a union solves, unless the problem is "a bunch of big union heads need more of my money".
