too many people with manager and team leader job titles making huge bonuses and doing nothin. why dont you reduce management staff

What the Slb top management planning is
Managers and Team leaders consider as a skeleton system. They know A to z of slb ,so its easy to build up a new team using fresh , young and cheap blood on top of Skeleton system

True that. This guy was suppose to be let go in Anchorage alaska, instead, they created a supervisor title for him. Now we have five supervisors doing nothing but making us clean shop twice a day.
Corporations are ran by the board of directors, the CEO is just a puppet.
The management in this company is like no other! We are losing against china! We are losing against Isis! We need to bring the jobs back to our country!

Titles are created to save managers without any teams or technical skills. Rampant in Texas. Such shamelessness that they don't even have anyone left to delegate work but are still hanging in there.
Has anyone noticed many of the people landing internal transfers are moved into positions that never existed before? Too much B.S. taking place and in the end it's all about who you know (N+2,+3, etc)
They take credit for all the hard working hands that get work out the door and they get rewarded with the $ at the end of the week!! Something seriously wrong with this picture!

Never will happen, SLB will continue to axe the front lines. Mgmt is the one who put the lay off list together in the 1st place back in Dec/Jan 2016 and you guessed it - their names are at the back end of it. This is a true story....
