Murthy promoted a lot of mini-murthy (all Indians of course) while he was at Q. So even though he has moved on, his style of pompous yet incompetence lives on.God bless

Not really sins but he will transform what's left of your culture of meritocracy to one of patronage. You will do well if you always say yes, learn to enjoy humiliation (both watching and experiencing), enjoy spending all your time deciding how to word briefing slides (people spent days on these), and understand that people with technical skills are fungible and that technical work is best done in India. Company goals will no longer matter, only the glorification of Murthy will become important.
