How many of us really think Follett can turn everything around and bring the company back to its glory and profitable days???
I sure as heck don't... I think I have a better chance of winning the lottery than seeing the company redeem itself.
The problem is that they don't want to admit defeat they would rather tank the company and drown the employees instead of sending out for a mayday or SOS.. they are disillusioning themselves (just like Germany in WWII) that they can still "Win" and come up on top... rather than face the fact that we've been beaten and have no one else to blame but the management and family own vanity and arrogance, and keep on "pretending" that the company is healthy, profitable, and robust... when in truth the company is in just about as bad shape ad Kmart and Sears (heck it may even be worse).
