Area managers is looking at revenue for each region. However he doesn't try to understand who is doing those revenue. Middle managers used to this opportunity to laid off these good sales man and put own friends or man who kiss his's ass How ever unfair manager's time will be finished.

The good sales people was layoff and keep working only the best stupid.
The oilfield hands don't want all of the worthless electronics on the rigs. Build rigs people don't want, what a great business model !
Because there are a lot of stupid sales / area managers who even doesn't know market and tools. Lack of knowledges and poor communication with customers. Now we see a result of the work our top management. Great job guys. Keep it on this way.
