Verizon Cofee Software Is Worthless

The Indians (Kumar & Kumar) who made this customer service/repair/dispatch/tech software need to come and take some calls to see how horrid the software really is.

They trying to integrate everything into it and it is breaking everything and slow and constantly glitching out.

Entire software department who is involved in Cofee needs to be laid off! Some of them are women who don't know how to code one thing through the other.

It just another fine example of millions of dollars wasted on incompetent IT. Onshore and offshore. They can't code .... and can't perform EWA. The end is near.

Totally in agreement! In FSC for 5 years and had to work through development of the "Wizard". This struck me as FIOS repair for dummies. The addition of copper repair was a joke and then stir this altogether with all the other systems and Cofee was born. Many links went nowhere. Perhaps they expected osmosis to occur when your fingers hit the keyboard and you suddenly knew where to find all the information you needed to do the job correctly. Those computer based training exercises scratched the surface in comparison to all the information available. Too much scrolling around the screen increased call handling time. Strongly suspect developers never sat and took a trouble call in their life! Glad to have moved on.

IT is no longer a viable career in the US unless you just want to babysit LANs and WANs. Eventually those jobs may come back so that we can fix the stuff that Kumar and Dervish messed up.
